Kambio Contract Announcement
ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, today announces that it has secured a new contract with Kambio for NEXUS FSTM Field Service Management software. Toronto, Canada-based Kambio provides preventative auto maintenance services direct to consumers and fleets on-site and on-demand.
NEXUS FSTM provides Kambio with SaaS field service management capabilities, including customer and work order management, recently enhanced inventory management, dispatching, asset tracking and time cards. The enterprise level mobile dispatch tool, based on ServiceMobility, will provide Kambio with a robust, configurable mobile application to ensure field automotive technicians have all of the information required for each consumer and their vehicle, as well as the information and tools to complete contracted services in one visit. Kambio expects NEXUS FSTM to improve the productivity of its field based automotive technicians, while also improving the customer experience.
Also, as the latest addition to ServicePower’s partner network, Kambio also will extend the reach of NEXUS FSTM to the automotive sector, through resale to manufacturers, dealers and automotive service providers in the North American market.
Peter B. Atam, Founder of Kambio said, “Kambio was born with a mission to modernize the automotive service industry.” Looking back, the car was invented as a convenient source of transportation, so routine maintenance shouldn’t be so inconvenient. Our aim is not only to deliver convenient auto service to our customers, but also to provide information efficiently to our mobile mechanics who are our field operators. After thorough research and due diligence, there was no suitable vendor that came close to what we were able to discover with Service Power, without getting into hefty customization investments. Their field service management is so unique that we decided not only to become a customer but also a reseller, and represent the service in the Canadian market for other similar field service operators.”
Marne Martin, CEO, ServicePower said “Kambio represents further adoption of our new NEXUS FSTM SaaS based field service management software, as well as further growth into the automotive and North American market. NEXUS FSTM will improve service delivery operations for Kambio and further extend ServicePower’s reach into the sector through our resale relationship.”
